We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day Monday to Friday. We are usually able to dispatch orders the same day providing that they are placed before 2pm GMT (UK time). Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day, for example an order placed on Saturday will usually be dispatched on the following Monday.
Sometime we release products for pre-order, this is usually the case for new phone cases that we release for sale as soon as the new device becomes available. As the final details of the new device are not confirmed until it is released we are unable to start manufacturing our cases prior to the new devices launch, creating a delay between the case going on sale and being ready to ship.
On the product page were you can place a pre-order for a product we keep an up to date estimated dispatch date or time frame for when pre-orders will be dispatched. If you need to amend or cancel your pre-order prior to its dispatch, please feel free to email our support team who will be able to help you at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have decided you don’t want to keep an order you have placed for any reason, you have 14 days after receiving the order to contact our support team at email@example.com who will be able to provide the return address and process a full refund once the item(s) have been returned in as new condition. Product Care & Instructions
All of our current products are handcrafted from full grain vegetable tanned leathers. There are various leather care and cleaning products available and we have had success with products from Otter Wax and Chamberlain's however we are unable to offer any guarantees for any leather care products and any effects they have on the leather. Please always test the leather care product on a small inconspicuous area on the product and follow the instructions carefully.
Over time the microscopic suction cups can full with dust, debris and even finger grease, which can cause the Micro Suction Pad to loose strength. However a simple clean can rejuvenate it’s suction power back to as good as new!
To clean off dust, simply lightly dab the Micro Suction Pad with a piece of masking or scotch tape to pick up and remove any dust from the surface of the Micro Suction Pad. WARNING, always test the tape you are using on a small corner of the micro suction pad. DO NOT use any other kind of tape, as a stronger tape will become permanently stuck to the Micro Suction Pad.
Removing grease from the Micro Suction Pad requires a little more time. Simply use a warm damp cloth to gently wipe away the grease. We recommend starting in the centre and wiping towards the edge of the Micro Suction Pad. Allow to fully air dry (DO NOT use any heater e.g. fan heater, radiator or hairdryer, to dry the pad as this can permanently damage the microscopic suction cups).
We’re really sorry you’re experiencing a problem with the buttons on your Shell Case. While we make every effort to make sure all buttons are working correctly, we are aware of a small percentage that can take a little time to break in. This is due to the fact that the natural, real full grain leather our product are made from can vary in consistency and that sometimes during the hand making process a little glue to work its way into the button mechanism in the case.
This problem will usually resolve itself after a few clicks, however if that does not work you can try accelerating breaking in the leather but rubbing up and down the length of the inside edge of the button with a blunt object (like the handle end of a tea spoon or the wrong end of a pencil) with your thumb of finger pressing the button in from the outside of the case. This will no void your warranty and in the unlikely event that this fails to fix the button please contact us for a replacement.
We’re really sorry you’re having trouble with the zip on your wallet. We use the highest quality YKK zips, however sometimes they can catch a little. If you think your zip is faulty please contact us and we’ll see what we can do to help. Alternatively, please try applying a little candle wax to the teeth, buy gently rubbing a candle against the teeth, being careful not to mark the leather, as this can provide a little lubricant to the mechanism and allow any sharp edges to ware in. If the problem persists please contact us for further assistance.
The magnetic Micro Dock attached to the surface with 3M VHB tape, this is designed to be removed without damaging the surface it is attached to while providing a very high bond (VHB). To make removing the Micro Dock as easy and safe as possible we recommend twisting the dock to break the adhesion rather than trying to pull or lever the dock off the wall or other surface.
Currently we are unable to offer this service, however it is something we aim to do in the future, in order to prevent waste and elongate the life of our products.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide custom embossing at this time for individual orders. However we are able to provide customization on wholesale or corporate orders with a minimum quantity of 30 items of the same product and colour.
