COVID-19 & Changes To Our Service.

From everyone at Nodus HQ, we hope you're keeping safe and well during these difficult times. We are currently living through an unprecedented situation and would like to fully explain how this is affecting the services we provide at Nodus.

To ease the pressure on our support team, please read the details below and Check the FAQ Page prior to contacting us, as we hope to provide answers to the most commonly asked question here.


Shipping & Delivery Services.

Due to changes in Royal Mail's services and the safety of our staff during the COVID-19 outbreak we will only be dispatching all orders on Tuesday & Friday mornings. Please note that orders will need to be placed by 5pm GMT the prior working day (Mon & Thurs) in order for us to pick and pack in time for dispatch the next morning.

While Royal Mail and many of their international partners are reporting that all services are still operational, we are aware that there are shipping delays that are completely out of our control, particularly on international orders with some regions reporting delays at international depots of 4 weeks. With that in mind we would recommend selecting a tracked shipping service if you are ordering outside of the UK or EU and to allow a little extra time for your order to arrive.


Customer Service.

We’re working hard to reply to all messages as quickly as possible, but please be aware that we are currently receiving a huge number of messages regarding delayed shipments caused by Brexit and the global pandemic, and for the safety reasons we are operating on a skeleton staff at Nodus HQ in order to comply with social distancing rule in the work place. We’re incredibly sorry if we’re unable to respond as quickly as normal, but please rest assured that we will get back to you as soon as we can.
