Are Access Cases going to be available for a wider range of phone/tablet models in the future?

We’re currently focusing on iPhones and iPads. Expanding into other models in the future has not been ruled out but we’ve got no immediate plans.

Are there any different colours available?

All available colours are listed on the website. We’re always on the look out for new colours and your suggestions are very welcome.

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) are dispatched on the same day, and after 2pm on the next working day. We use the Royal Mail delivery service ­ timescales for delivery are listed below:

What currencies can I pay in?

We only accept payments in pound sterling. However, as an approximate guide there is a currency convertor at the checkout which will approximate to your local currency.

When a product in the shop states it is a “pre­order” item or that it has a "lead time", what does this mean and when will it ship?

When we launch a new product we like to offer it as early as possible and so we release the product for pre­order whilst we manufacture the first batch. This means that there will be some delay between placing the pre­order and the item being ready to ship. We endeavour to provide a reasonably accurate estimated dispatch notice. However these may change as we update them to reflect the manufacturing time.

If the item has a lead time in the product description, it means that it is out of stock but it is due to be dispatched within the lead time period.

Product care

How do I care for the leather on my Nodus Access Case or wallet?

At Nodus we only use the very best full grain vegetable tanned Italian leathers. As leather is a natural material it does require some care and attention to extend its life and keep it in good condition..

How do I care for the microsuction on my Nodus Access Case?

Over time the microsuction pads can fill with debris. Full suction power can be restored by gently cleaning the material with a damp cloth and allowing it to air dry. Alternatively view the instructional video is here.

Returns

How to I return a product?

You have 14 days to return a product to us and receive a full refund providing the product is returned as new (with the microsuction film intact for Access Cases). In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty product please contact customer services at s​upport@thenoduscollection.com.
